RAICHUR DISTRICT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY, RAICHUR had an exclusive meeting and felicitation to City Municipal Commissioner and discussed various matters with the Executive Committee and Special invitee of the Chamber.

Sri S Kamal Kumar President welcomed the Commissioner Sri Gurusiddayya Hiremath, KAS; Sri Siddan Gouda Garaladinni Garaladinni Vice President introducedthe Commissioner Sri Gurusiddayya Hiremath, KAS, The following points were discussed – delay in Mutation / E Khata – Commissioner has expressed that we have to apply directly online and within 45 days it will be issued and they have dedicated counter for the sameand he will look into the genuine pending issues. Increase in the Tax rate, the commissioner heard in detail and said he would look into the matter, he also appealed that all the shops must compulsorily take Trade Licenses from the City Municipal Council.
The Rice Mill Association appealed for an Industrial Zone separate rate of Tax, which they have appealed to the State Government also and to remove Double taxation, as Industries are paying to KIDB and Panchayat and some industries are paying to City Municipal Corporation, Raichur.

A vote of Thanks was proposed by Secretary Sri Jambanna Y who said the Commissioner has heard all the Chamber issues and said will find the solution for them, also he assured that the Chamber will be involved in the cleanness drive.
